Program Highlights:

Guided by Expertise and Compassion
TALÁ is led by Nganthoi Tongbram, a certified facilitator trained in the Mindfulness in Recovery® (MIR) program. Developed by John Bruna, MIR is a globally recognized, evidence-based approach that has transformed lives across the United States and the United Kingdom. Participants consistently praise MIR as “life-changing,” with no recorded negative course evaluations—a testament to its profound impact.
In addition to MIR, Nganthoi is trained in Trauma Incident Reduction (TIR), an evidence-based psychotherapy technique that supports individuals in processing and resolving trauma effectively. For those whose recovery journey involves past trauma, TALÁ offers compassionate, proven methods to foster deep healing and lasting transformation.
